Yield Assurance Program - More Bushels with TREVO TRZ

Trevo® TRZ is a premium, broad spectrum fungicide that has seen great success preventing & controlling disease in fields across the nation ALL while providing a bump in yield. We are so confident in Trevo® TRZ and its benefits, that we are offering customers a Yield Assurance program. This program guarantees a yield bump of 5 bushels or more in corn, and a bump of 3 bushels or more in soybeans or we will compensate the farmer.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW:

Grower must enroll each field with participating retailer with number of Treated Acres vs Untreated Acres by June 30^th, 2020.
Fields must include continuously planted acres of at a minimum of 60 acres with no more than 240.
The entire field must be planted with a single corn hybrid or soybean variety. Grower will also agree to not do any additional testing, trials, or experiments within field enrolled in the Yield Assurance Program. Additionally, fields planted with variable rate seeding practices do not qualify for this program.
The required check strip must be placed as close to the center of the field as possible. The check strip should be a minimum of 180 feet wide and 2 acres in total, and must be a fair, representative, side by side comparison.
Minimum rate required of Trevo® TRZ is 14 oz/A for both corn and soybean applications and must be applied according to label use directions.
Corn that yields less than 5 bu/A or Soybeans less than 3 bu/A can qualify for a reimbursement up to the amount the grower paid for Trevo® TRZ on the enrolled field. The reimbursement will be figured on Yield Assurance tables listed below. Calculations are based on harvested yield of treated acres vs untreated acres.
Proof of purchase and yield validation in the form of electronic yield mapping or verified weight wagon yield data must be submitted to local Innvictis Crop Care Representative to confirm the claim.
All claims must be submitted to the local Innvictis Crop Care representative within 14 days of harvesting the crop or November 15, 2020, whichever comes first.
In the event of a force majeure[1], no payment will be made.
Growers that do not have a $0 balance with Simplot Grower Solutions or Legacy Pinnacle Agriculture at the time of the refund will not be eligible for a refund
Program is subject to change at Innvictis Crop Care’s discretion

[1] If in the judgment of Innvictis Crop Care, crop performance and product efficacy are adversely affected by unanticipated events or conditions (e.g., flood, drought, hail, or other unseasonable weather events), no refund payment will be made.
